Join Her Flight Path, an 11-month aviation cohort designed for Black girls ages 14–18 to explore the exciting possibilities within aviation and aerospace. Through hands-on experiences, industry exposure, mentorship, career exploration, and connections with aviation professionals, participants will discover the many pathways that make the industry possible.

No previous aviation experience is required—just curiosity, commitment, and a willingness to explore what your future could look like. With only 10 spots available, Her Flight Path is an opportunity to build confidence, develop new skills, and imagine yourself in spaces and careers you may never have considered before.
